The lobby design is stunning and gives a good first impression. My room offered a nice view of the plaza lights, which was a lovely touch. The bed felt comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness in the common areas. However, there were noticeable downsides. The bathroom needed attention, especially with peeling wallpaper and a shower that didn’t drain properly. Some amenities felt outdated, like the weak air conditioning that struggled on hot days. Room service could improve. the breakfast I ordered arrived cold. These issues took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

the intercontinental hotel has a beautiful and spacious superior king room that made my stay enjoyable. the fitness center is great since it’s open for workouts whenever you want. they also have quick and courteous room service till 3 AM, which is super convenient.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! The hotel was a short walk to Loose Park and the Rose Garden, which was perfect for our morning walks. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and we loved lounging by the pool while soaking up the sun. Definitely a great spot for a group getaway!

Our only downside was that housekeeping started pretty early and woke us up with noise when we were hoping to sleep in one morning. It was a bit distracting, but we managed to enjoy our time overall.
